Network Spinal Analysis™
(NSA) |
What is NSA?
Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) is a system of improving
spine and nervous system function through light touch.
Gentle contact along the neck and tailbone region (where the spinal
cord attaches to the bones of the spine) create a stimulus to the brain,
achieving greater body awareness. As the brain becomes aware of tension
stored within the spine and nervous system, the body begins to develop
natural waves of breath and movement that release these patterns of
tension. Brain-body communication is improved, which enhances the body’s
natural ability to heal itself. Research shows the statistically
significant benefits of NSA in relation to enhanced physical, mental,
and emotional well-being, healthier lifestyles and greater life
enjoyment.
Why Do We Lose Our Health
and Wellness In The First Place?
It is through the nervous system that we perceive the
world, coordinate all body parts and functions, adapt to stress, and
express emotion. When the brain receives more input or information than
it is able to process readily, it can perceive this input as overwhelm,
or trauma. Read More...
How Does NSA Work?
As greater brain/body awareness is achieved through NSA, the
body begins to move away from those defensive, adaptive patterns that
are no longer needed, thus creating greater ease and flexibility in your
spine and in your life. Read More...
How Does this
Stuff (NSA) Work Anyway? Dr. Barry Weinberg
Did you know we have three brains?
Actually, we have one brain made up of three integrated parts. The
first brain is the Brain Stem or Reptile Brain. This is Survival
Brain. Read More...
